Skyrim will crash at startup if a mod is missing a required master. Also, some users have had issues with ASIS, Reproccer, Dual Sheath Redux, and other mods which require bashed patches, when they try to install or unistall my mod. You have to create a new patch to avoid having it crash your game. If you have a bashed patch or use the reproccer etc., make certain you update it and create a new patch or your game might crash. You will also need to create a new patch without my mod if/when you need to make a clean save when updating my mod. I recommend using Wrye Bash to check if any mods are using mine as a master (they depend on it) - this will cause your game to crash if you delete mine to make a clean save. If you use the Race Compatibility mod, there is a very specific order to installation, and if you try to start your game with part of his mod requiring my mod, your game will crash. If you use my Royal Bloodline compatibility patch it requires both my mod and the Royal Bloodline mod to be installed, so you'll have to remove it too when trying to make a clean save without my mod. If you use my Sacrosanct compatibility patch it requires both my mod and the Sacrosanct mod to be installed, so you'll have to remove it too when trying to make a clean save without my mod. |
